Red Barn provides monitoring personnel for water quality testing as well as inspectors that are trained in specific areas such as water system expansion.

NAVFAC - We have been on multiple NAVFAC IDIQ contracts and know the Northwest Region incredibly well.

ARMY - We have worked with the USACE on multiple military bases providing consulting for civil infrastructure related to Battalion Operations, BEQ's, Flight Line work, and Utility Infrastructure Upgrades. We have strong contracting to help win on proposals.

Scheduling

Red Barn has a team of Primavera P6 schedulers that work on day-to-day staffing needs to make sure projects are scheduled with known delivery dates. Red Barn is actively working on a prototype for AI advancements in scheduling and budget management.

WaterInspection

Red Barn provides inspection teams for overseeing upgrades - water tower replacements, seismic upgrades, water quality sampling, documentation of age of pumps, and maintenance recommendations. Our engineering division converts CAD to GIS and provides electrical upgrades using WaterGEMS.

Red Barn is on many contracts for inspection as well as for the financial planning for large wastewater projects.

Right-of-WayConsulting

Red Barn reviews projects where right of way work is required. We build a team that consists of civil engineering, surveyors, and legal teams that help with dedications and easements as well as appraisal of land.

EnvironmentalInspection

Red Barn has a team of AHERA Inspectors, HAZWOPER 40 HR, OSHA 10 HR, WSDOT Construction Inspectors, and water quality scientists that provide monitoring using YSI, Niskins, and grab samples taken to our laboratory partners. Conversion and demolition of industrial sites and the retrofitting of the infrastructure is where we excel - both private and public.
